1. Definitions

• "Service" — the financial education programs and website operated by Thornvale
• "User" / "Participant" — any person who accesses the website or enrolls in a program
• "We / Us / Our" — Thornvale, located at 73 Phra Athit Road, Chana Songkhram, Phra Nakhon, Bangkok 10200, Thailand
• "Content" — all materials, worksheets, guides, and reports provided as part of programs
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in any Thornvale program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in any program or submit a contact form. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Service Description

Thornvale provides structured financial education programs for individuals in Thailand. Our current programs are:

• Financial Self-Assessment Workshop (฿3,200 — 2 sessions)
• Real Estate Financial Literacy (฿8,200 — 3 sessions)
• Integrated Financial Review (฿24,000 — 5 sessions)

All programs are educational in nature. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or regulated financial services. Thornvale is not a licensed financial advisor, wealth manager, or investment adviser under Thai law.

4. Enrolment and Booking

Enrolment in a program is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a written confirmation from Thornvale. Session scheduling is agreed upon between the participant and Thornvale at the time of enrolment.

Sessions are subject to availability. Thornvale reserves the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice (minimum 48 hours except in exceptional circumstances).

5. Payment Terms

Program fees are payable in Thai Baht (฿) as listed on our website. Payment methods and timing are confirmed at the point of enrolment. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Refund policy: Cancellation with more than 7 days' notice before the first session: full refund. Cancellation with 3–7 days' notice: 50% refund. Cancellation with less than 3 days' notice or after the first session: no refund. Programs may be transferred to another date at no charge with at least 7 days' notice.

6. User Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

• Attend sessions at agreed times or provide reasonable notice if unable to attend
• Use program materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without written permission
• Provide accurate information when enrolling and during sessions
• Treat educators and other participants with respect

7. Intellectual Property

All program content, materials, worksheets, calculators, reports, and website content are the intellectual property of Thornvale. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own personal financial learning.

You may not reproduce, sell, publish, or distribute any Thornvale materials without prior written consent.

8. Educational Nature of Programs

Thornvale's programs are strictly educational. Content is designed to develop financial literacy and understanding. Nothing presented in our programs, sessions, or materials constitutes:

• Financial, investment, or tax advice
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product
• A prediction or projection of financial outcomes
• Professional legal or accounting advice

Participants should consult appropriately licensed professionals for personalised financial, tax, or legal advice.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care in developing our program content, we make no representation that the information presented will meet any specific personal financial objective or produce any particular outcome. Individual financial circumstances vary significantly.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Thornvale's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or program participation is limited to the program fee paid by the participant. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

11. Confidentiality

Thornvale treats all financial information shared by participants during sessions as confidential. This information will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

12. Termination

Thornvale may terminate a participant's access to a program if they breach these Terms, behave disruptively, or provide false information during enrolment. In such cases, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Participants may withdraw from a program at any time, subject to the refund policy in Section 5.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt informal resolution by contacting us at legal@thfunmetric. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Thornvale.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
